Just finished week 9 day 1. Man it felt so freakin good.
I took a week off for Mardi gras. And let me tell you it was a week from hell. I probably drank 2,000 calories average liquor a day for about 6 straight days. Also ate pretty bad--could have been worse. Definitely saw a noticeable difference in my body as Fat Tuesday ended.
But man it felt good to finally workout again. Gonna get some salmon for dinner and finish strong these next 5 weeks.

Just got through with Insanity week 5 day 4.

You'll only binge like that so often.
Once you get into healthy habits, when you fall off the wagon so to speak you will feel so physically sick after that it just won't be worth it.
It's got to the point with me where I legitimately can't eat Popeyes or I'll
. If I ever drink a regular, non-diet soft drink it feels like I swallowed a live badger.
Funny that just one intense workout though usually fixes all that.

I don't have cheat meals. I wish I could, but I want to get rid of this little bit of stubborn stomach fat so badly.

I very rarely have them anymore. Just not worth it.
Although, I was bad and had about three pieces of bacon today.

I've started dieting and quit drinking 2 weeks ago. It's huge as I was going out 3-4 nights per week and drinking quite a lot of beer. I'm hoping this will help me lose the belly fat that's been hanging around.
I'm not doing any cheat days either. I feel like if I'm going to do this, I might as well go all in. Plus, like you said, I think I'll just feel like shite the day of/after a cheat day.

Hey, I'm only human.
Speaking of which, you gonna wait till after X2 to try shakeology?
Posted on 3/6/14 at 7:13 pm to DrTyger
No. I'm gonna try it out sooner hopefully.

You got it. How should I incorporate it into my diet?
Posted on 3/6/14 at 7:17 pm to SabiDojo
Where ever you want. As a meal replacement or a healthy snack.
I usually have it for breakfast. Occasionally as an afternoon snack.

I mean from the Nutrition Guide standpoint? How does it calculate? You know, "2 carbs, 1 fat" and such.
Posted on 3/6/14 at 7:23 pm to SabiDojo
If you use it as a snack, it's 2/3 a double snack since it's ~140 calories. If you mix it with a cup of almond milk which is 60 calories then it's an even 200 which = 1 dbl snack.
For a meal, you can count it as any if your portions since it technically has everything in it. If you want to count it as 1.5 protein, 1 fat, 1 carb, etc go ahead.

And you mix a protein powder in yours sometimes right?
Posted on 3/6/14 at 7:27 pm to SabiDojo
I have all sorts of recipes. They usually include protein powder. Sometimes egg whites instead.
When you get yours in I'll share them with you.

I had 6 pieces of bacon! Paleo baby!
Just put new TV and flooring in our 4th bedroom/office. Wife suggested that over garage. I'm sure I'll wake one of the kids up and I'll be in the garage eventually!
