thinking about ordering and thought i had seen someone in the 40+ pages recommend where to order from. Order from p90x website or other places????

Beginning Block 2 this week. Triometrics was a tough workout.

On another note, I'm down 2 lbs but I think I've dropped some weight around midsection. Eating a decent diet during week (1800 calories or so) but drink on weekends and don't eat as well. Still expected to drop more weight.

I may be wrong, but 1,800 calories sounds too low.

Unless you're a 130 lb woman or a diabetic, 1800 calories is too low and might be the reason you aren't losing as much weight.

Yeah. I remember the nutrition guide saying you need 1,700 for brain function alone (or something like that).

I made the mistake of starving myself during my first couple of weeks. It really sets you back.

A lot of people make the same mistake.

They think the weight loss equation is simple addition and subtraction. Calories in - calories out.

In reality it's more of a differential calculus equation. There are a lot do other factors.
