Most yoga classes are an hour or 90 minutes. At least all the yoga studios in Nola are like that.

Those are the people living the yogi lifestyle. I'm talking about if you buy a yoga DVD off the shelf or something.

How long ix X2 Yoga? I want to get a burn, but I don't want to sit through 1.5 hours of Yoga either. Does X2 Yoga still get it done, or even just the first half of X1 Yoga?

X2 Yoga is one hour, and, believe me, it gets it done. It's a GREAT workout. In X2, it's easily my favorite one.

Sounds great, but I don't have the X2 program. Would be nice if I could buy just the single workout then. I guess I'm just stuck with X3 Yoga, or at best the first 45 mins of X1 Yoga.

Did Dynamix today, and starting week 2 tomorrow. Really enjoying X3!

I'd get the full size. The bumpy one hurts, but it gets the job done.

Phase I is a lot better than I remember. I feel like I'm getting a lot more out of it.

Well, missed 2 days last week. So i may just redo week 6. I didn't feel like doing anything friday, and saturday and sunday i was building my deck outside. Granted i got a good workout from digging holes, and mixing concrete for 2 days.

Man, I've found some info, and my coach has really helped, but I'm scared to try it. I want a six pack SOOO BADLY, and I'm ALMOST there. I'm afraid if I change my diet to add on muscle that I'll wreck any progress I've made.

X2 makes you lean as heck, and I kind of like it. I wish my chest were bigger. I think I'm just going to try another workout after I finish this round.
