I've got X2 Yoga tonight. My favorite.

I don't blame you. I'm only 30 and I can't imagine doing two workouts a day. How long have you been doing P90X?

I used to always be in decent shape, but then marriage and kids happened.

I blew up to 208. I'm at 166 now.

Finished eccentric lower for the second time this morning. It was pretty weak. I was using the same weights as the dudes.

MMX wasn't near as bad as the first one. It's basically kenpo and 100 burpees.

My favorite workout is triometrics and the warrior. BEASTS workouts

What's the consensus here on X3's version of yoga? I see yoga from both P90X and X2 referenced above. Are y'all supplementing that in place of the X3 yoga?

You can't do yoga in 30 minutes. X2 Yoga is just plain awesome. One hour.

X3 yoga sucks. Not a whole lot of benefit from it IMO.

You're still getting benefit from X3 yoga, but I agree it's a lot easier than previous P90x Yoga routines.

We might be a little bit spoiled form the other ones though. Most yoga routines by themselves are only a few minutes long. 60-90 minutes of yoga is a lot.
