I missed The Challenge last night thanks to an unexpected visitor coming over...so do I do it tonight, or just skip it and go with cvx tonight like normal?

Do both. Challenge is pretty isolated to chest/back so can mix it with CVX.
I'm doing CVX and Warrior tonight since I missed CVX last night while installing an access point. That was a fair effort to do that.

Well, there's no chance in hell I can do both back to back, so I'll probably just do the Challenge tonight and push everything back a day and use saturday to catch up since it's the "off day" or do Challenge tonight, CVX in the morning and Warrior tomorrow night. Either way, I'll get caught up

That's what I was going to say. Treat yesterday as your off day.

Just finished max out strength. Hardest chest workout I have ever done. Freaking insane

Really?! What do you do?
I have Triometrics tonight. Always a tough workout.

The push up portion is just crazy. So many variations of push-ups with basically no break

Which program has the best meal plan? Or should I say 'to hell with the meal plan' and just monitor what I eat and keep it healthy and in proportion.

The latter is what I do. Basically up your fruits and vegetables every meal and you should be good.

Did the Challenge last night, glad I didn't end up skipping it. Wanted to get up this morning and do cvx, but being lazy and staying in bed sounded so much more fun

X3 has the easiest one to use, and I highly recommend it.

It really is simple. I spent a couple of hours on Saturday last week prepping my meals for the week and tallying up all the carbs/fats/protein servings. It made the shopping so much easier.
I'm going to need to find ways of mixing up my dinners a bit more, but all in all it's really easy to plan.

Caught back up to my normal schedule and have now started week 3. Definitely seeing progress as each workout comes back around. Feels good not being a lazy slacker again.

Elevator push-ups make me want to punch children in the face.
