Knowledge comes with experience.
The more you do it, the more you'll realize how everything works and flows together.
Body Beast is big on that. You'll see.

Word. On Week 9 of T25, Week 1 of X3. I guess I need to get everything ready for Body Beast.
ETA: I meant Week 1, Block 3 of X3.

You need to post a pic, breh.

ETA: The pic came out WAYYYYY to big on preview, and I forgot the trick to shrinking it.

Btw, can I just use a flat bench for Body Beast, or do I need a multi-position bench?
Posted on 7/16/14 at 3:07 pm to SabiDojo
You do inclines, so you do need an adjustable bench.

Word. I'll just get the Beachbody one. I'm tired of the hassle of searching on my own.
ETA: If I buy the EZ Curl Bar and Weight Set, should I buy another pair of weights? Or does the set come with enough?

I started out with a pair of each plate and it was alright for a while. I ended up getting a second pair of 10lb plates. That seems to cover everything.

I've been seeing this thread pop up from time to time. I have access to P90X(which i've done once), Insanity, T25, and P90X3. Looking to drop some weight. Which one is best? My P90X experience was 2 years ago, so I'll be starting from scratch.

All of them will work to drop weight, it just depends on your own goals and time situation.
P90X and Insanity = workouts are all 45 minutes to an hour
P90X3 and T25 = 25-30 minute workouts
How do you have access to them?

You sound like me. I did X2, but it had been years since I did P90X. I've never done Insanity, but I'm doing T-25 and X3 right now. Personally, X3 is a lot more fun because there is a lot more variation, and the flexibility of different schedules is awesome.
I like T-25. I really do, but I admit I have more fun with X3. I just love pullups, pushups, and using weights.
What kind of shape are you in? Just wondering.

Round. 6', 260. All belly.
DrTyger- I have P90X already. I'd have to get either of the others (probably just order it).

T-25 would destroy that gut, bruh. It's no joke. I'm completely drenched in sweat after T-25.

If your goal is to lose weight and get in cardio shape, T25 or Insanity.
If you want to lose weight while building strength, P90X or P90X3. A lot more weights and resistance training in them.
Also, how much time in the day do you have to devote to exercise? This will play a factor into which program you chose.

Gotta be able to fit that in somewhere.
