The term Keto diet is really a misnomer. Ketosis is a metabolic process.

On a very basic definition, Ketosis is burning fat as a fuel.

Thank yew.

15 million adults are currently on Ozempic. At last that many have been on it in the past. 3k lawsuits is a damn strong record compared to many other scripts.

No mRNA vax has ever made it thru FDA clearance. Ever.

Is emergency approval not approval? Are they not the same people that said it would stop the transmission of Covid? Are they not the same people that said it was completely safe and effective?

This shite is hilarious. The fatasses here will rightfully rail against the Covid vaccine and then lap up these fat shots like a retarded dog because it’s convenient for them.

Class action lawsuits are built into the pricing structure for EVERY drug. It’s the cost of doing business in the US

Several years ago, I talked to some higher-ups of one of the Big Three auto companies.
Basically, they said that the manufacturers will issue recalls after the production run of a model vehicle. A lot of times they would find defects and problems shortly after the production run.

It was a lot cheaper and quicker to issue recalls rather than fix the issue in the midst of the production run.
Same with lawsuits, it is cheaper to settle out of court than to fix defects.

Same principle in the example you give.

Ever heard of Vioxx? Big pharma raked in big $$$ but the damage was done to many unsuspecting patients.

Here is a good example of how big pharma now is operated.

Several years ago, there was a drug that came out named Harvoni. It is an actual drug that had a 95% rate of curing Hepatis C.
It made billions of dollars in the first few years.

A few years down the line, the big shots noticed a decline in sales and revenue.

Why? Because it was actually healing and curing patients.

The stockholders and the high $$$ CEOs were not happy about that.

You need carbs to build muscle, which everyone should strive to do. And both diets will wreck your lipids if you do them long enough.

Nope. Bureaucrats over ride protocol, and forgo safety testing with the caveat that the pharmaceutical companies cannot be held accountable. That should have been EVERYONE'S clue not to take that shite. No mRNA drug has ever even made it to human testing. Know why? The lab rats died..........

But because the media and politicians pushed hysteria, reported every death as COVID even though some dude died in a car crash, the sheep ran out to get that shot. Big Pharm got billions of dollars, we all wore masks and walked one-way down a damn grocery store aisle! That shite is pure poison, but GLP-1 is not. Been around for a long time, but just now being used for weight loss. Kinda like wellbutrin. Old, old, antidepressant that's been around for 30+ years. Depressed people were given it, and doctor's started seeing that the depressed smokers suddenly stopped smoking. Big pharm rebranded it as a smoking cessation drug. GLP-1s are following the same playbook.

Yes you do, you are 140 pounds, you know absolutely nothing about building muscle

Yes they will, the few studies done on carnivore have linked it to an increase in LDL

Both diets are incredible stupid and are not a sustainable lifestyle for more than a few weeks.

People have been doing both for decades. It may not be sustainable for you, but that doesn’t make it inherently bad or unsustainable.

Lot of truth to your statement. Just look at the push back RFK Jr. is getting for wanting to do away with toxic food additives that are banned almost everywhere else on Earth.

ADHD, ADD, autism, little girls having periods at 11 years old, and even the massive explosion of transgerderism was almost non-existent when I was a kid. Now, all those things are common place. Wonder why that is? My theory is, it's our food.

I might be wrong, but Coca-Cola switching back to cane sugar over high fructose corn syrup, could be a catalyst to a much healthier country. If there is one thing that should be banned and outlawed over all other substances, it's high fructose corn syrup!

The people concerned about their bench numbers aren’t the people the society at large is worried about.

Strict zero carb diets aren’t realistic or necessary for the average person but they could certainly learn from doing it from time to time

It’s impossible to try and teach healthy eating AND exercise to a bunch of 400 pound poors who think ramen and ice cream are a good carb source.

The ozempic will kick start the weight loss and hopefully take some burden off our system.

I don't work at Walgreens and I weigh 235 pounds and have a 12% bodyfat percentage per my last dexa scan as of 3 weeks ago.

You have no idea what the frick you are talking about when it comes to health and fitness nor my personal life.

Every single person that does carnivore looks like absolute shite, and the ones that don't (Liver King) are blasting a frick ton of gear to make up for the piss poor diet structure.
