Don Domingue, definitely the same guy. Dude was a total creep, he posted a selfie in front of a transporter truck loaded up with all his cars, the Viper, SLS, etc claiming to have sold them all, but he didn't actually sell them. They were all seized.

The schemes he would come up with to screw over clients were actually pretty impressive if you throw out the fact that they were totally illegal.
