I think there are tornado sirens in some areas of BR. I've heard them being tested before.

Those are chemical explosion sirens but I'm pretty sure they are programmed to go off for tornadoes too. I know they have them in mobile as they were in use for the Christmas tornado there in 2012. Missed my parents house by 100 feet.

They test them every first Wednesday of the month. You can definitely hear them downtown.

Oh God people from BR and surrounding areas probably on their way back from Wrestlemania in New Orleans. I hope this doesn't frick them up on the interstate.
