quote:

A tip from a neighbor about a man in possession of "a large number of guns" turned out to be an understatement. When Los Angeles County sheriffs showed up at the home with a warrant they found 432 guns at his house -- and that was just the beginning of his arsenal.

quote:

All told, authorities seized 553 weapons alleged to belong to Fernandez. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has been brought in to trace the origin of many of the weapons. Fernandez was sentenced to 486 days in jail for an unspecified felony conviction in February 2017, but was released in August 2017, according to jail records.

But I though felons couldn’t get guns?

I guess we need to ban felons AND guns.

Damn.

That's a lot of guns off the streets and out of the hands of bad people.

Is that a life sentence basically for this guy? He illegally owned 553 guns as a felon on parole

Not that they were not there (I did not read the article) but I don't see one AR platform in that photo. So, I guess there's no issue since that's the gun that's so scary...

Yet he went to jail for a felony conviction from FEB-August only Sounds like he'll be out next week if this pattern holds.

He probably just raped a girl behind a dumpster and California forgave him.

We're talking guns here. They will throw the book at him.

A lot of C&R rifles in there... military surplus from pre-WWII

Those Nagants are worth about $100 each. Looks like a lot of cheap crap.

He was probably a collector before he was a felon.

This pic shows a few uppers... but I don't see a single lower anywhere. The lower receiver is the part thats regulated.
