Did Chest & Tri's on Monday...felt fine...
Woke up Tuesday with pain & tightness in the front of my shoulder, very top of my bicep....Used the RICE method, but still dealing with dull pain and tightness...
Bicep or shoulder tendinitis?? Something else??
Anyone dealt with this before?

yeah, but I didn't complain about it. Just pressed on like a man.

If it's tendinitis, it will feel better when you work out, and start hurting again after.
ETA: Could also be a muscle tear where the tendon attaches. Be careful you don't go back too soon and hurt it worse.

Clearly you don't give a shite enough about your health to do anything other than ask for advice on a message board, so here goes:
You need to up the weight on your bench. You aren't lifting heavy enough. I would also workout my triceps to exhaustion before moving onto heavy bench press. It'll help you avoid injury. Also, whatever you do, don't warm up or anything. Just go straight to your max weight.

You don't honestly expect to get honest answers on TD.com, do you?

When it comes to working out, I would guess about 40/60 legit to bullshite ratio

So, you're saying you had a slight injury on Monday and on Thursday you are still not fully recovered? I guess you are a human being.
Pretty sure you need more than 2 days rest to heal from an injury.

How does one work tris, and complain about pain in a bi?

Very top of the bi, where it meets the shoulder...
I assume I hurt it benching

You can absolutely damage you biceps while benching. Not sure exactly what you have going on but it doesn't sound like anything major. Maybe just work other groups or do some cardio and rest through the weekend. Try again Monday, but keep it light and focus on perfect form.

Hurt a deltoid. Try doing board press to avoid over stretching on bench

Could very well be impingement (hoping you don't have a biceps tendon issue).
Question, how much pulling are you doing to counteract your pushing? Good rule of thumb I've heard is a 3:1 pull/push ratio. Gotta row/face pull your arse off.
Do your shoulders tend to roll forward? There's a condition coming to be known as "douchebag" shoulder, where guys who bench too much (and pull too little) have these rolled forward and internally rotated shoulders....leads to a ton of problems.
Make sure your shoulders stay penned to the bench when benching, too.
You may benefit from some of Kelly Starret's shoulder help (guy's goofy as hell, but has the most beneficial mobility info on the web):
