I wouldn't know how the private sector operates. I was active duty Army doing route clearance. I tend to stay away from documentaries, because most are skewed. However, I've seen "The Hornets Nest" and that was close to my experience in Afganistan.

There was an interview with 3 of the guys on FoxNews or one of those channels where they were telling a detailed account of what happened. It aired not long ago.
It was the guy who was hurt, the one who was threatened to going back to being an insurance salesman and one other. Awesome interview, but hard to watch when they talked about their lost brothers
