Correct. I think FSBO for a short period of time is a great idea but it is a pain in the arse, especially if you’re trying to get top dollar. The statistics are pretty overwhelming though considering 88% of Home purchases are done through an agent. FSBO works about 1/10 times and it’s a freakin pain.
