Try putting something over your mouth to increase the moisture when you inhale. Exercise induced asthma is often triggered by cold dry air and the humidity can help decrease a brachiospasm (sp?). I have an albuterol inhaler that i do one puff on about 10 minutes before any intense cardio and it works wonders and I'm in very good cardiovascular shape so it can happen to anyone. Warm weather is less of an issue.

Yeah. I was going to say try to quit being a mouth breather if possible. Breathing in through the nose should help some if possible.
