Agreed. This is not upstream O&G, which can yield extremely volatile job prospects depending on speculative micro-market conditions.
My clients span 12 manufacturing facilities and not a single operator lost their job following the 09’ Great Recession that I know of. And many of my clients were in very big financial binds for over a year period. Global demand for hundreds of chemicals nearly dropped in half (literally) overnight.
