How did they react? Did they notice the theme?

Have you ever brought your daughter?

He's talking about bringing his kids to Hooters or Twin Peaks. Why the OP couldn't just say that is beyond me.

I took my daughter to Hooter's to meet up with some friends to watch one of the NBA Finals games last year. She was about 8 months old

I get the feeling that doesn't count for this discussion though.

Im guessing your 12-year-old told you she wants to work at Hooters.

Kids don't give a shite about tits unless there's milk coming out of them.

My husband took my teenage son to Twin Peaks last fall. He had the appropriate reaction but complained about the food being crummy.

My daughter has never been. I'm not sure what her reaction would be, but she's a pretty typical teenage girl on the dance team and with a steady boyfriend, so i don't think that it would be interesting to her.

Our youngest hasn't started high school yet.

Twin Peaks. And no, not yet. But that's the fear if I bring her to eat there.

But I kinda do wanna bring my son. I embrace the double standard.

These days, it seems as though nearly every sports bar has their wait staff dressed like those from Hooters or Twin Peaks. The 'theme' from breastaurants are probably not as noticeable as they used to be.

I still haven't taken any my kids (boys) and the oldest is now 14. I don't think that I went to a Hooters until I was about 20 as they didn't have one in my hometown (or near LSU that I remember).
