Explain a noise in my house heard by myself, the wife, and two kids.

Im not asking you to really explain it, I guess I'm just saying I was CONVINCED it was all a lie. Then I lived it.

Good story Ed, thanks for sharing

If I experienced anything like your story or anyone else who saw something in their house I would be a mess and would likely do a great deal of damage to nothing but my stuff with my shotgun

That being said, your evident love for your child and your fatherly instincts are powerful in and of themselves.

As I suggested earlier, trust them and continue to pay attention to her perceptions and your own.

If prayer is a personal or family discipline, pray for wisdom and discernment. If it isn't, perhaps ask a trusted friend who prays to pray on your behalf.

Everything is energy. Quantum physics has proven that beyond a shadow of a doubt. Dimensional energy frequencies of which our physical world is just a denser, 3rd dimensional frequency. Spiritual texts like the Bible, Koran, Hindu Upanishads refer to other dimensional frequencies like the higher 4th and 5th dimensions. We are energy beings hotwired into a dense physical body. When we die we shed the physical "Earth suit" we wear and "die" which means our energy essence or soul vibrates in a higher dimension. Children come into this world with their soul more aligned with that dimension. They still remember and interact with nonphysical beings on that dimension, many of whom are loved ones who have gone before. There is another world beyond the veil of this world which is where actual reality takes place. Religions have talked about it for centuries and quantum physics has now proven it scientifically. Science and Spirituality are now merging into a totally new paradigm. The accumulation of NDE evidence around the world has proven another reality beyond this one that transcends cultures and religions.

I figured I would get either blasted or bombarded with questions.

Neither happens

I guess what I am saying is that there are volumes of evidence to now show that an originating intelligence, creator or "god" if you want to use that label exists and every living thing that exists is a pinch of that original creative consciousness. This is coming from someone raised in a southern Baptist church and whose family is still strict Baptist. If you truly open your mind, investigate without fear you will come to realize that all religions were built on the same fundamental spiritual truth but they just got codified and corrupted into rigid manmade belief systems with each one thinking that they had the one true path to god.

Ha, I think you were thorough enough to avoid a bunch of follow-up questions...although one occurred to me: Did you record the repeating noise over the chair?

You are lucky your wife didn't split on you for good, if my ole lady started talking like that in the night I would be a gone pecan

The experiences of the children in this thread are absolutely real, in my opinion. Most people don't want to accept that because humans have always feared what we don't understand. Especially the metaphysical.

No, we didn't think to record it. I still have to ask the now 17 year old if it happened to make sure I'm not going crazy

It means that the stuff you are posting about makes him uncomfortable so he has to cast aspersions on you to rationalize dismissing it from his consideration entirely. If he didn't do that he might have to consider that this stuff really does exist.

You always post vivid nightmare/lucid dreams and creepy passages. So maybe your child has a strong mind.

Wow. You have proof? I'm assuming you're sharing this with scientists as we speak.
