My son replaced his brake pads on his 370Z. He used expensive ceramic Akebono pads. They squeak. He checked the pad fitment, made sure the lube was placed between back of the pads and caliper pistons, checked pins holding the pads, and they still squeak.

If the back one went first, I'd look into a sticking caliper first. The pin holes don't get cleaned out almost all of the time by normal people. You might ask them to bleed just that one caliper, but in actuality, you can't see the fluid in the lines.
I use CRC Silaramic on the pins and clips, and CRC Disc Brake Quiet on the pads.
Eta: I've had pads that didn't stop squeaking for 5000mi before, but they were heavy duty truck pads. Never had a problem with regulars stuff

They may be glazed a bit which will make them squeak.
Take it out on the road, get up to a good speed (60+. 100 is better...) and spike the brakes hard. Do this a few times and it should clear up.
When I say hard, I mean like try and get your ABS going on dry pavement hard.

Forgot to ask...did you grease your caliper slide pins?

Did you grease the shims when installing the new pads?
Also, check to make sure the pad aligns correctly with the rotor. Sometimes if there’s a bit of overlap that can cause them to squeal.
