OT Mechanics - Oil Leak from Front Differential

What are all the possible areas for it to leak from the differential?
Also what are the estimate costs to fix each of those?

Bad bearing at best. (500) Worst case scenario is the ring gear is bad as well(1500+).

Rarely do seals just go bad on their own. A leaking seal is usually the effect the cause is usually the bearing,you might get lucky and it just could be the U-joint but I doubt it, that's usually on the other end of the drive shaft by the transmission tail housing
