It's usually at places that offer some type of idiotic food challenge. Like you have 10 minutes to eat an entire order of ghost pepper hot wings with no water or the ol' 96er steak.

One day I was picking habanero, tabasco, and Thai peppers from my garden. I give them away. I forgot and rubbed an itchy eye. I had to grab the hose and pour water into my eye for quite a while.
