Record your judgment where the parents property is

Do you live out there still?

Likely prescribed for failure to reinstate the judgment

Not doubting you, but how is that. He has warrants already.

Recorded judgments are only good for 10 yrs. The creditor would have to take steps to keep the judgment valid.

Record the judgment in the county where the parents homes are situated in.

Creditor being me? Since we are going on 17 years, is it too late?
Posted on 1/24/14 at 9:32 pm to HeadyMurphey
Yes. You're a creditor. The judgment is likely worthless now. Talk with your lawyer.

I am sure it is. He may have been whacked so he couldn't talk and that helps me sleep

finding him is easy. can you get the good shite? banks, property, assets....?
Yes. Call a collection attorney in California. In FL, you can garnish wages, get bank levies, really frick with someone, to enforce a judgment. You just need a professional to get it done. Usually they will do it on contingency if they find the dude has assets or a real job.

Maybe, but I seen't it here in FL. They'll make your arse quit and declare bankruptcy.
