I don't understand why this website exists - it seems to just be a regurgitation of every new lawsuit filed in the EDLA. It is run by "U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform," which I assume is a tort reform group, but they don't have any editorializing. It's just article after article of "X sued Y claiming Z," just blandly reporting the most unremarkable lawsuits.

Anyone know what the real purpose of the website is and why they are actually paying people to write these things?

Jimmies unrustled, this is actually a useful resource for me. It just doesn't make any sense what anybody hopes to gain from this.
