Wut? I'm trying to set up my agreements to avoid IOLTAs as much as possible -- but I have never heard the client needs to be there to deposit. Find a new bank

A lot of attorneys in my area try to structure agreements as nonrefundable retainers as much as possible to avoid IOLTAs
