Don’t ignore it,,,,if it doesn’t go away, go see about it,,,Bob Marley had a toe lesion that returned out to be melanoma and you prob know how that turned out for him.

If no pain and slow developing, the biggest concern is melanoma. Doubt it’s that, but that’s the big worry in painless pigmented lesions

If present for more than a few weeks/months, could be a melanoma. History is important. Don't ignore.

Besides the frickin’ toe jam, Athletes Foot, and poorly kept nails, it’s a common blood blister, common with ill fitting shoes...
