What if the treatment for the rotator cuff and labral tear?

If I had to guess, rest, ice, anti-inflammatory, and maybe a muscle relaxant.

Both of those would likely be surgery......I tore my labrum some years back, tried pt, and eventually went under the knife.
I did mine bench pressing, heard a sudden pop, felt ok for a couple hours, and the next thing I knew could barely move it.

Don't go to ER for that. Call the orthopedic group behind OLOL. They can x-ray it there. OLOL ER is a shite show now that they've taken over charity.

Why would you ever go to OLOL ER?
Go to an Urgent Care and get an ER. Fastest and cheapest

If you display instability in your shoulder (labrum) then surgery. 4 weeks in a sling. Then Rehab.
If you tore your cuff, surgery to repair and 6 weeks in a sling. Then Major rehab. *avoid frozen shoulder after surgery!
An MRI (cuff) or an MR Arthrogram will be needed to confirm these diagnosis and details of the soft tissue injury.
