IN BR , both BR ortho and bone and joint clinic have walk in / after hour clinic available, which would be much better than a traditional walk in clinic

How old are you? Is there any shooting pains like into your shoulder or arm? Any weakness in your hand? Swelling at the site?

It’s probably just a strain +/- facet arthritis but you could have herniated a disc. Go get it checked out. If it continues or worsens then your doctor may order an mri.

Heating pad, icy hot and Motrin. Avoid the snake oil “doctors” known as chiropractors...especially when it’s your neck.
