re: OT Contractors - Water Meter Question

They reassigned the meters to the correct home and are "researching" the history but claim they don't see any appreciable differences in the bills. They have declined to let me look at the historical data thus far and implied that if they notify the Parish my sewerage bill may cause me to owe money. The way it was said was definitely a veiled threat. So I am waiting to get my next bill and see how it looks.
