I can't help you with a tailor but if you need a weed conniseur in your area, my college roommate is just down the street in snow mass. He can pair weed with food like a sommelier.

You live in Aspen. You don't need to come to a BR based forum for tailor advice.

I'm not disparaging it, but Aspen is a resort town with a median home price in the seven figures. I'm sure they have some good tailors. You should have asked your guy before he left.

I guess you don't understand... i want a personal tailor... i want the guy who measures me to be the guy who makes the suit also

no shite. then apparently you haven't been in downtown aspen lately. there are at least 2 really high end places where you can get suits made. (fabric, color, fit). these same two places will come to your house and do everything there. gonna run ya $5500 on the low end and on up depending how stupid you want to get with the material.

ETA: you don't buy true high end suits and then pay for a tailor. the price is inclusive of that

My guy lived in Scottsdale.... And there are no personal tailors in Aspen that i know of.... I'm looking for an expert in the field and will fly them in to do business...so they don't need to be local.

Im not looking for a tailor who works in a retail store... i want to go straight to the source....They have Personal Tailors who have clients they work with and they make and measure the suit.....

Bro if you're in that kind of position, you shouldn't need to look for advice from randoms on TD unless there is some particular Louisiana/Miss/Bama cut of suit that you're looking for that I've never heard of. I'm not trying to be antagonistic. Just ask some colleagues or neighbors unless they dress like clowns. Or call a high-end concierge affiliated with some company you deal with (AMEX might do).

Navy, i value your input on this matter. Ive also used other resources to help me in my search. I wasn't highly confident id find a legitimate recommendation from this board but there is always a chance...not to mention i like chatting it up with this board....

He ordered/imported them from numerous vendors...many of foreign origin. And he would construct the suit to the fit he found.
