re: "Oscars too white" is the stupidest fricking thing I've ever heard

This was brought up in a discussion the other day in a mixed race group and my contribution was "the NBA is too black." I want more white guys to play and get awards so I will feel more included and more likely to watch and attend games. The general response was that the NBA plays the best players for the highest quality of play and to subsequently generate the most revenue. Exactly.

This caused some brain lock with the people who brought up the too white Oscars thing.

I would argue it's more of a class different, but tomato/tomato.

I think if people would turn social media off and turn off biased news stations and just live their lives they would see that things are not so gloom and doom.

It's about as dumb as all the "racism" the university of Colorado football players said they faced in Boulder, CO in the late 80s early 90s. Those racist academic hippie liberals. Lulz
