Hi! I'm trying to do some research on the history of West Monroe/Bawcomville and I'm interested in what you've described. Can you point me to any references to this history of criminals being settled in the Bawcomville area? Or any historians who could speak with me about it?

Bawcumville is the shittiest white neighborhood I’ve seen or even heard of.
