This isn't the 80s & 90s.. There are actually standards to get into school now (I am not saying they don't "help" the students get grades they need, but it doesn't happen as much as a lot of people assume. There are recruits every year who can't make the grades and have to go to a junior college to bring up their grades. Today it isn't as easy to get away with.. In the 80s and 90s you could be literally retarded and play college ball).

Daily multivitamins are a total waste of money.
Marijuana should be legalized for both medicinal and recreational purposes.

It is harder for players to get into college today than it was in the 80s and 90s. They actually have standards now and while they might not always get followed, those standards are not always met by the student athlete, who ends up having to go to a junior college (some just give up and become frick ups).
What do you consider accepting thug and ghetto? It's not like they are having street brawls during games. I think athletes today are more impressive today because of the time and effort they put in to be at their peak performance.
Today, you can't get away with half the shite they use to. I don't know.. I just like watching the game.. I don't care about all the other BS that surrounds it.
