Sucks though. I don't dislike him.
Stern capitulated to the PC crowd. Took him 3 decades but he did. I'm not too familiar with O&A but as far as i know they never bowed to them

I'm not aware what excuse they used but if he were good that wouldn't have gotten him canned unless the employee was filmed without consent and complained in which case

Stern has fallen off the cliff. Sirius doesn't release ratings but supposedly they have internal numbers so I imagine stern could kill someone on air and keep his job

Was a big fan of O&A way back in the early XM radio days and used to listen to them daily driving to and back from work.
Back then they were pretty funny and entertaining especially when they had various comedians (Patrice O'Neal r.i.p.) on the show, but after a while they just talked about the same subjects over and over again... Finally stopped listening around 2009.

The employee was fat Roland, it's been talked about on air. Opie is a complete no talent hack who hates everyone he ever worked with and it's always their fault. His new show was literally him, Chris rock's dumb fat tongued no talent cousin, a deli owner, and a comedian/meat truck employee fake laughing at everything each other said for hours every day.

He's the GOAT but his show now...yikes. I think the one thing I've even smiled at in the past year was Megyn Kelly's seance with Roger ailes after her interview with Alex Jones bombed
