Nor does it trump state law. The ordinance just hasn't affected the right person with the right size wallet to get it torn to pieces in court.

The most shocking thing in all of this is all those sweaty balls and cooters on those ride-share bikes. That's got to violate some term of service.

Sounds like an effective means to deter people who intend to commit mass murder. Just pass a law that saws having the gun in those areas is a criminal offense!
