You know there are people getting kickbacks. The thing about this is.. Its made into a racial issue for obvious reasons, but you go on the street in Baton Rouge an ask the average black person what they think about Alton Sterling's family getting $4.5M I guarantee you there will me more people (black people) than not who will say something along the lines of "the only reason they approved of that is because of who is getting a cut. They got all that money in donations they didn't deserve because they kicked him out and he was living in a church"

Politicians love to play the "we better do this for the blacks or they will riot". I saw this happen in local politics over the summer. There was a confederate statue at a courthouse.. It was placed in an area no one paid attention to it. The white parish president of this parish told the white councilmen "yall need to vote to get it removed because if not, they are ready to riot". They all vote for it to be removed, come to find out the whole riot BS wasn't true.

But the parish president, during election time can go to the blacks and say "I got that confederate statue removed" (the one they probably didn't even know was there)... Then when the white people ask him why they gave in and voted to remove it, he will say "I tried all I could to keep it up, but they were going to riot if we didn't".

I know this is a long rant, but my point is.. There is usually an incentive behind elected officials doing something.

If they have something to gain from it, they don't give a frick how it will impact the community or who it will be perceived..

It's always the black council women that do this. Always, always have an agenda that will benefit them. They are crooked.

Generally, all of the other council men (black and white) and council women (white) I think try to do the right thing and whats best for the community.
