It's definitely lower. You can see the grass in the median now. I think the opinion is that it has been pulling from Manchac. If I'm not mistaken Manchac is still backflowing while Ward Creek is dropping which would mean it's all heading toward Alligator Bayou & Bayou Fountain. As Manchac gets lower it should all start to stabilize.
