Passing cars in opposite lane of traffic... did he cross a double yellow? Is it only wrong because the roads were wet? Cop was definitely a dick. Seemed to be flexing because the dude was chill and compliant.

I like him. Tennessee police do not play around, especially when it’s a DWI situation. They take it seriously.
