This is the worst part about these cases when there is no information that has come out. Wild speculation. He can plead not guilty all he wants, but it doesn't look good for him from the surface.

Ive seen that. She does look intoxicated. But there is a lot of smoke on the pregnancy thing (texts to him from her, the fact that she was shot in the stomach, the cryptic "It will eventually be important" from the lead reporter). I'd be surprised if it isn't true at this point. And those are reported facts, the Oxford scene isn't even considering that she wasn't pregnant.
Her Twitter indicated that she was a partier. And some girl's sweet tribute to her listed Tequila as one of the top things she loved. Maybe she just didnt care that she was pregnant. That is possible as well.

I agree that she looks intoxicated, but a few people have said the sidewalk there is torn up, and maybe under construction, so they could understand if those were just sober steps on uneven ground.

Nightline continues the security footage down the sidewalk, she absolutely looks drunk. She almost walks right into the bench on the sidewalk. Its one thing to hobble across a road under construction, its another to continue doing it down the sidewalk.
She also doesn't look like she is dressed to hide a pregnancy. That means nothing maybe she wasn't showing. But normally girls that are self conscious of being pregnant wear very loose clothes to make sure they hide it.

Walking on an uneven surface, followed by doing the awkward dance with someone when you're not sure which way to go to avoid walking into them

She was also buried in her cell phone while walking. I'm not trying to victim shame but it means nothing that would've been out while pregnant. If she was trying to hide it from certain people then she would definitely keep up appearances

Sardis is long and skinny and stretches horizontally. It takes quite a while to drive around to the other side of it. Students take the short trek down College Hill Rd. to the beach area of the lake (15 min. - 20 min.) drive.
*Other OM posters --- How long do you think it takes to drive to the sight the body was found if you left from campus?

She was 100 pounds and reportedly 17 weeks pregnant. She wasn't showing. Normal women don't start showing until 20 weeks. Petite tiny things like her may be more like 28 weeks.

Nightline definitely says that she was found off that "remote" wooded road by the lake. Then they definitely show concrete picnic tables.
I wonder if the text earlier was only partially right and he put her body on a concrete picnic table in like a park area by the lake? The area they are showing, seems very odd that a deputy driving by would easily find a body.

Every woman is different sure. But its all in their head. If you are a college girl with a baby you didn't expect, you don't dress in skimpy tight clothes. You usually have assumptions people will notice. That's just from my experience anyway.
The only evidence we've seen of her being pregnant is texts supposedly from her. Pretty weak.

I'm not arguing - you may absolutely be right.
But when the reporter stated that she was shot 8 times in the stomach, and that would be "important to note for later." That's evidence to me.
She could have not been pregnant, or she could have just not given a damn. Both are possibilities, even if the latter is hard to swallow.
