And he's apparently hired some prominent attorneys. This is a f'd up situation indeed. But it also makes me wonder. The dad says he has "reason" to believe he's innocent. What if she pulled the gun out and shot herself? Or that's at least the angle they're going with. Hypothetical reach here.

"Dad, I didn't do it." TBH if I had a kid who fricked up badly, I'd do what I could for him. No matter what I really thought, I wouldn't thrown him under the bus publicly. He may belong in prison, but he's still my child.

Yes that’s been confirmed to the reporter that’s following the case by law enforcement .
It was 8 shots. All to stomach/torso/abdomen

She also has now said all 8 shots were stomach and trunk.

IF they did indeed give CPR that doesn’t mean she was alive at that point, it might have just been standard procedure. The post that brought that rumor here even said that very shortly after the radio communication went 10-7 and they stopped giving CPR
