Full synthetic - 10k
Synthetic blend - 7500
Conventional- 5000
Also, all oils are not created equal. If you get some dog shite Cam2, Super S, or house brand then it may be less

Well, I drive GM vehicles, so my intervals for oil/filter change & tire rotations is 6k miles. I use GM recommended Dexos 5W-20 oil, AC Delco filter...

Synthetic should go to 10k, not 5k

Change the oil in my Tacoma every 5k. But I've seen buddies with Tacomas whose oil looked like pudding draining out of the oil pan and the truck was running like a clock

You can go 15k with no problem. If it puts your mind at ease, go 10.
Also, those changing conventional oil at 5k are throwing money away.
I sell lubricants for a living fwiw
ETA: recommended oil change intervals are a gimmick to sell more oil. The oil produced these days is super beefed up with additive packs. As long as you buy big brand names, it’s really good shite synthetic or not.
Also, semi-synthetic or syn-blen oils are gimmicks as well. Most only have 5% synthetic and are able to claim that they are a syn blend. They are a waste of money, do not buy.

Ask the guys on the Porsche thread about Swepco. It's honestly the absolute best oil and gear lube you can buy. Turns a 5k oil change into 20k.
