It really is crazy that they paid Billions for a franchise specifically for the existing audience, and then proceeds to tell that audience to GTFO because they aren’t welcome anymore.

Episode III was actually a fairly solid entry in the Star Wars franchise. And aside from Jar Jar Binks and the terrible acting of Jake Lloyd, Episode I wasn't all that bad. The action set pieces were pretty good, the pod racing scenes were gripping, and the lightsaber battle at the end of the film is iconic. Episode II, however, is easily the worst film George Lucas ever made.

That all said, even with the flaws of the prequels, at least the films knew what they wanted to do. There was a definite story there with a clear beginning, middle, and end. The sequel trilogy was poorly planned out and had no idea what it wanted to be. There were multiple writers and directors attached to the films with absolutely no synergy between them. As a result, the sequel films were unorganized trash that had no clearly defined themes, stories, or characters.

It was a joke what they were charging for rooms that had no windows and were the size of cabins on a low end cruise.

People can chirp about the political fight w/DeSantis all they want but this hotel the reason Chapek got kicked to the curb. It was his baby, his expertise is in hotels and theme parks, and he massively screwed up.
