what i was saying is that for someone to catch on to his tigerdroppings posts it either was 1. somebody that worked for him and got fired or 2. somebody that creeps the internet all day for any trace of evidence
Or the person (or works for the person) running against him for the court of appeals position.

Bingo, the main subject of the BHR article is a 2 year old thread.
Posted on 3/4/14 at 12:04 am to au21tigers
i feel like the unanswered question in this thread is: who cares?
Posted on 3/4/14 at 12:05 am to el Gaucho
Can almost guarantee it's opposition research from the opposing campaign/party.
ETA: said in bluehog article that some friend of the author was an LSU fan and stumbled upon it, messaged that guy to see if it was legal. I have a hard time believing that, especially with the timing.

You do! Are you in the campaign?

Might be one of those. Also might be neither of those.
Regardless, I dont feel sorry for the guy however this stuff got out. Judging from a quick glance at his threads started history, it probably didnt take much to figure out who the guy was. He talks about multiple cases that have come before him. He talks about his kid getting a scholarship to LSU. Talks about cases that arent even finished but he had already made up his mind on a decision.
Im guessing thats all legal but it seems very unethical for a judge to be doing that. It seems that he would have more respect for his position.

the blog is called "the blue elephant"
it's total appeal to the more "moderate" arkansas republicans, rather than the ones who would be like "yeah this dude sounds pretty badass"
it must be a 2 sided race

It's the blue hog, so I'm assuming it's a dem leaning blog.
You'd be amazed what can turn up in opp research. I have some good pics saved of our opponent from back when I was on the campaign trail.

Aside from him talking about the dealings in the court house, he was probably bull shitting like 90% of the rest of us about the Strip Club remark, and the marriage thing.
Sucks that he could potentially be harmed because of it

It was probably a poster whose jimmy got rustled that figured out who he was and ran to whomever and reported it.
The guys obviously been on the bench. I'm not sure if elected or appointed, but he should have some type of record as a sitting judge that speaks of his qualifications as a judge.
He may be a shitty judge. I don't know. But if I worked for the state, I wouldn't want to be held back for advancement for saying I was having coco in the LNST.
I do agree that the guy left himself wide open by including "judge" in his name. But still doesn't justify a witch hunt.

Anyone running for office is in a witch hunt from the start. It's a competitive advantage. Doesn't mean it justifies it... it happens.
