A few years ago my parents, brothers and I went to go visit my brother who lives out of town near the rest of our extended family. After knocking on his door for about 30 minutes his wife came out and told us he had been taken to jail for violating his probation. That was a fun Thanksgiving.

Went to the future in-laws place up in Missouri. After dinner we went ride 4 wheelers. Being a south Louisiana baw, I'm not used to hills. I was riding wide open and after a coming over a hill there was a gigantic stump and other things. Didn't have enough stopping distance so I flipped and the 4 wheeler luckily flipped clean over me. My left leg is pretty gimp but it could have been much much worse. Everyone who saw thought I was dead.

anyone else reading this wishing they had some of this shite happen at their thanksgivings? the worst thing that we do is argue over board games
