People have strange derps on the exam too that have nothing to do with studying. Of course second time around you'd be looking to avoid those as well
Yeah, I would think after 4 attempts one could almost give the exam. That's some bad testitus.

Friend of mine failed apparently. Frickin sucks, man.

Does failing 3 times mean you can never take it again or do you have to wait a certain amount of years?

I don't know for certain, but my recollection is that it's three strikes and your done these days.

I don't know the current rule but an acquaintance passed on his 5th try.
5 times. 5. Times.

It took my ex-fiancee 3 times to pass the bar. Dumb bitch.

Well then someone else is using his alias. Nice troll if so.

I just found an article that says that it's a 5 time limit, so it's not as harsh as I thought.

That's a different mindset for me. I'm having trouble understanding this. Seems more like a work ethic issue than intelligence/comprehension. I don't know. I get tested three times a year and my license to do business is a stake every time.

If that were the case I would have failed on purpose, and I suppose many others would have too.

Intentionally failing and applying for judicial clerkships.

Thank you for the clarification. Why would someone lir about him failing?
I mean he did fail. But later passed. Right?

That's not bad at all. I need to re-look at Loyola for next year. They offered me a damn good scholarship last year for the night program, but I turned it down to go to work. Maybe if I can pump up my LSAT, I can get a full ride there or get a decent scholarship to LSU (who offered me slightly more than nothing).
