Haha, that wasn’t me but sure could have been. I spent several days in the hole for various reasons and that video looks like it was shot in the hole. Although, I’m surprised they had a phone in there. While phones are common in jail, they usually search you amd confiscate all your belonging while you’re in there. The worst part about it was that as soon as they took you out the dorm, the other inmates raided all your shite, taking whatever books, clothes, or food you may have.
