I wrote a song.. being in the christmas spirit and all...

You better watch out
You better not try
We're gonna shout
I'm telling you why
Protesters are coming to town

We're making a list
And checking it twice
Gotta see what we're stealing that's nice
Protesters are coming to town

We walk into your business
Chanting "Hands Up! Don't Shoot!"
Then set your place on fire so
we can start to loot!

Oh! You better watch out!
You better not try
We're gonna shout
I'm telling you why
Protesters are coming to town

I don't think the chances of an indictment are very high. The odds were low before and the way McCulloch presented the case all but clinched it.

shite, this thread got long quickly.

I predicted that the protests, if a no bill decision was reached, would be very underwhelming. Now, I'm not so sure. The professional shite disturbers won't have any political effect if they just hold signs and march. It would die down after a while and not accomplish anything. Violence, on the other hand, gets attention and unfortunately, results.

So I'm now leaning toward violent confrontation OR token indictment to appease the mob, with strong suspicion of the latter.

This will just be an endless cycle.

Someone will get shot at a riot, and there will be more protests.

The riots would be better if he got indicted and then was found innocent in the trial. Would have to wait a little.longer but totally worth it.

If he is innocent, then I don't want to see his name drug through the mud more than it already has been. Just end it now, imo.
