I oversee a team of 17. And while they do have to clock in/out, I mostly don't care about the policies we have on it in our organization related to the clock ins/breaks. My team works on a productivity standard, if you can meet them while taking extra breaks(within reason, plus our campus is smoke free), then good for you.

Meh. I'm available via my phone and email a good 17-18 hours a day. But the point I was making is that if someone shows up and sits in the break room for an hour is no different than someone that sits in the break room for 45 minutes.
