It used to be said crazy sells newspapers and tabloids, but nowadays it is all about clicks and page loads.
So it could be just a one paragraph statement of speculation and an old photo that makes the Facebook/TikTok rounds and the Streisand Effect takes over, a lie or rumor gets reported or posted as a fact. And everyone remembers the rumor now as a fact despite the countless denials.

Where there’s smoke there’s fire. Skipping out on two major events (Carter’s send off and the inauguration) without a real excuse. I think they said she was in Hawaii for Carter…as if 10 days wasn’t enough notice to change her travel plans to account for a state funeral. They’re over for sure.
