Hoe can you be this blind? There's already examples of guys taking advantage of this very thing. You and I have discussed them. Remember the grown man hanging out in the girls locker room in Seattle while the jr high girl's swim team were changing for practice? How would you feel if it were your daughter on that team and some strange grown man is just hanging out watching her get undressed?

There's a reason there were so many 80 teen movies about teen boys trying to see teen girls naked. That's because most teen boys want to see teen girls naked. And many of them are very willing to do some pretty crazy things to achieve this goal.

but that situation isn't the same as some HS kid all of a sudden trying to sneak a peak and having to deal with the social parts of this everyday for the rest of his school life

In men's rooms female identifing as male physically has to use a stall so again no privacy issues. The verified medical diagnosis hopefully filters out the pervs. If a kid can just walk into restroom of choice this will cause issues.
The key hold ups I have are:
1. What happens if this medical diagnosis requirement goes away?
2. Does this include school locker rooms?

It has to. There's no way to tell someone who "identifies" as a girl they can use the girl's bathroom but not the locker room. The whole logic behind letting them use the bathroom is they "identify" as a girl. If you then say they can't use the locker room, that's admitting they're not really a girl. The LGBT and progressive crowd will never allow that to happen.

I don't have a daughter, but I hate this notion that women and girls are inherently victims, and men/boys are inherently predators. My wife could handle herself if a perv was in a women's locker.

Exactly. I knew some crazy BS like this would happen.
So we don't trust a 6th grade boy to drink, smoke, have sex responsibly, vote, or anything else, but he's mature enough to say he's a woman?
So then he can stroll into the girls' locker room and get a peep at everyone in their underwear?

Even taking out the notion that at times there will be teenage boys taking advantage of this stupid arse executive order.
When there are legit chicks with dicks, liberals really believe that they need to make the vast majority of junior high and high school school subject to a dick in their locker room just so some mentally ill person can feel comfortable? Sacrifice 99.7% of people's feelings in favor of the 0.3%
