I’m going to stay completely objective.

If the ex makes more than $40k it might be worth it from a cash flow perspective to fight it, setting aside your time and depending on what your lawyer is billing you per hour.

If she doesn’t your lawyer bills would probably end up close to any money you end up receiving and it probably isn’t worth it.

So setting aside feelings and what you feel you are owed, if she doesn’t make much money I would skip the war that would follow the additional filings.

Id try to focus on the time you’ve gotten with your child and move on with your life knowing you did right by your family.
