How do they know they even need a defense? Clearly they're not intelligent enough to use the information they had to see if it really was the correct person or not. Simple as that. If you're a criminal who needs to be arrested for doing crimes, then yes of course.
I'm not sure why you are so anti cop but your attitude leads me to believe you're engaged in some illegal activities. Hope you change your ways soon or go to jail.
